At Hands-Free BnB, we are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. To move forward with booking your appointment we require that you place a credit card on file. The credit card that you place on file will be used to settle our mandatory down payment. This down payment is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the total cost of service.
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that issues may arise during the process of setting up a short term rental unit. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us after receiving photos of your finished unit within 24 hours of completion. You may reach us by phone at (314) 274-3655 or by email at handsfreebnbsetup@gmail.com to request any changes or to express any concerns.
We strive to keep our clients informed and involved throughout the process to ensure that their needs and preferences are taken into account. If issues do arise, we will work with you to find a resolution that meets your needs and ensures the success of your short term rental unit, although accommodations must be made within 24 hours of completion. After 24 hours our team will move forward with Professional Photography of the unit and no further changes will be made.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that their short term rental unit is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
By using our services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and releases Hands-Free BnB from any liability for the success or profitability of their short term rental unit.
